1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CASTORS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Terms

CASTORS operates on a quarterly subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Receive automatic shipments of CASTORS all-purpose seasoning every three months
  • A minimum commitment of 4 billing cycles (one year)
  • Automatic billing to your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle
  • Subscription pricing as displayed at the time of purchase

3. App Subscription

Premium features of the CASTORS app are available for $0.99/month or $10/year with a 1-year minimum subscription. This is separate from the product subscription.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. However, you must complete the minimum commitment of 4 billing cycles. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first shipment if you are unsatisfied with the product.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Product Usage

CASTORS seasoning is intended for culinary use only. Please check ingredient information if you have allergies. While our product is gluten-free, it is produced in a facility that processes wheat and soy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CASTORS website and app, including recipes, images, and text, is the property of CASTORS LLC and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

CASTORS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email.
